Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all orders of $50 or greater to the lower 48 states. If you choose expedited shipping such as next day or two days, that will result in additional charges which you will see at checkout. Large items may result in addition charges that will be reviewed with the customer prior to shipping. If your order is urgent please call us to coordinate before the order is placed. We are unable to ship coolers.

Payment: We accept cash, gift certificates, credit cards, and debit cards for payment. We do not accept personal checks. A photo ID may be required for credit or debit card purchases.

Returns: Any merchandise returned must be received within 7 days of the sale date. All returned merchandise must be new, unused, in the original packaging, and include all tags and labels. Any item that has obviously been used will not be accepted for return. Any shipping charges incurred to return merchandise are the responsibility of the of the customer.

Defective Merchandise: Any defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. We are happy to assist you with the return of defective merchandise but ultimately we only operate as the shipping agent and the evaluation of the item is the decision of the manufacturer.

Repairs: We are happy to return your fly rods for repair. We cannot determine fault, enforce warranties, or control the timeliness of the repairs and again serve only as the shipping agent. Any repairs returned to our store must be picked up within 7 days. Payment is expected at the time of pickup.
